"NeverPart is not a grief product. It is a family legacy platform — built so that a terminal parent can be known by children too young to remember them, so great-grandparents can answer questions, so family history never dies with the last person who knew it."

Every family has someone
worth knowing forever.

NeverPart is for any family that has lost someone — or knows they will — and wants future generations to truly know that person, not just a photograph of them.

The Terminal Diagnosis

A parent learns they have months to live. Their children are 3 and 6. NeverPart gives them the chance to record themselves — their voice, their face, their stories — so those children can ask questions at 10, at 20, and at 40.

The Grandparent Archive

Grandchildren who never met their grandparents can now sit with them, hear stories from their youth, ask about family history, and feel genuinely connected across generations.

The Living Journal

Start while they're alive. Our AI conducts rich, ongoing life interviews — cataloging places, people, dates, and stories — building a presence that grows more detailed over time.

The Family Historian

Connect multiple ancestors into one family tree. Sit with great-grandparents who immigrated, survived wars, or built something from nothing — and let them tell it in their own words.

The Grief Companion

For those processing loss, NeverPart provides a supported, clinician-informed space to reconnect — with built-in mental health resources and usage guidelines designed with grief counselors.

The Veteran, the Elder, the Pioneer

Every family has someone whose story should be preserved. The veteran who never talked about the war. The elder who remembered a different world. Give their story a permanent home.

Four steps to
a living legacy.

From first upload to first conversation — every step is built around dignity, accuracy, and care.

01

Share Their World

Photos, videos, voice recordings, letters. The more you share, the richer the presence. Start with what you have.

02

The Living Journal

If they're alive, our AI interviews them — cataloging stories, people, places, and dates into a rich, structured archive.

03

We Build the Presence

Voice matched, personality modeled, 3D avatar rendered at any age. Your family reviews and refines until it feels true.

04

Connect Across Time

Talk one-on-one or gather the whole family tree. Their presence grows as more data is added — indefinitely.

Start while they're
still here.

The most powerful thing you can give a loved one is time. NeverPart's Living Journal is an ongoing AI-led conversation — a life interview that unfolds naturally over weeks or months, building a rich and structured archive of who they are.

The AI asks the right questions at the right depth — not a questionnaire, but a real conversation. It catalogs every name, date, place, and story it hears, building a searchable map of their life. The more they share, the richer the presence becomes.

You mentioned your father worked in the steel mill. What do you remember most about watching him leave for work as a boy?
He always wore the same blue jacket. Every single morning, 5am. I'd watch from the window until he turned the corner on Elm Street.
Elm Street in Pittsburgh — I've noted that. Was this the house you were born in? And do you remember what year the mill eventually closed?
Yes, born right there. Mill closed around 1979. Hardest year the town ever saw.
I've cataloged that. Can you tell me — was there someone in the neighborhood your father trusted most during those years?

See them again.
At any age.

From photos and video across their lifetime, NeverPart generates a photorealistic 3D avatar you can see, speak with, and watch move. Choose them at 28, at 52, or exactly as you last knew them.

The more you provide, the more precise and alive the rendering. A handful of images produces a faithful likeness. Hundreds produces something extraordinary. And as AI rendering improves, your avatar improves with it — automatically.

Their voice.
Exactly as it was.

Record their voice while they're alive and NeverPart captures it in full — every cadence, pause, and accent that makes it unmistakably theirs. Plan ahead, and preserve it perfectly.

Already gone? We extract and reconstruct from whatever exists — voicemails, home videos, phone recordings, old interviews. Even a few minutes of audio anchors a voice model. More is better, but we work with what you have.

Always here
Grandma — I never got to ask you. What was it like when Dad was born?
Oh, it was February. A Tuesday. The snow was so heavy your grandfather had to shovel the driveway twice before we could leave. I remember being terrified and completely calm at the same time — the strangest feeling. Your father came into the world making absolutely no sound, and then all at once, everything.
I had no idea. Dad never talks about any of this.
He wouldn't. He was always private, even as a baby. But you — you were always the one who wanted to know everything. Just like your grandfather. Ask me anything, sweetheart.
Ask anything…

Not a recording.
A real conversation.

NeverPart doesn't replay a fixed script. Every response is generated from who they truly were — their knowledge, their personality, their way of speaking. Each conversation is different. Each one is real.

Ask what they were afraid of. Ask for the story they never told. Let your children know the person behind the photograph.

Not a grief product.
A clinically responsible one.

NeverPart is not therapy and does not claim to be. It is a family legacy tool with hard clinical guardrails built into every session — not bolted on afterward. Our Independent Clinical Board has veto authority over any feature that affects user wellbeing.

"Our goal is not to make someone stay. It is to give them a healthy, dignified way to maintain connection — on their own terms, within a structure designed to protect them."
— NeverPart Independent Clinical Board
Hard Usage Ceiling — Not Optional

In the first 6 months following a bereavement, NeverPart enforces a hard cap of 3 sessions per week. Users who reach 5 sessions in any 7-day window receive a mandatory 48-hour pause. At 6+ sessions in 7 days, access is suspended and a licensed grief counselor contacts them within 24 hours — not a pop-up. A human being. This ceiling is not adjustable by the user or the family.

Complicated Grief Protocol

Our AI monitors for patterns associated with complicated grief disorder — isolation language, reality displacement, refusal to engage with living relationships, session escalation. When flagged, a Clinical Board member reviews within 24 hours. The user receives direct personal outreach with a structured pathway to professional support. Avatar access is not suspended punitively — but it is paused until a licensed clinician and the user collaboratively design a healthy return-to-access cadence. This protocol was written before the product launched and is published on our site.

Crisis Response — Every Session. No Exceptions.

Any conversation containing language associated with self-harm, suicidal ideation, or acute crisis immediately suspends the avatar session, surfaces verified crisis resources, and notifies a NeverPart clinical liaison within 15 minutes. This system is non-bypassable — it cannot be disabled by the user, the account holder, or NeverPart staff. The session does not resume until a clinician has reviewed and cleared it. All crisis flags are logged and reviewed by our Clinical Board within 48 hours.

Independent Clinical Board

Publicly named. No NeverPart equity. No employment relationship. Full veto authority over product decisions affecting user wellbeing. Annual public review published on our site.

Bereavement Onboarding

When a loved one passes, NeverPart does not immediately activate the avatar. A minimum 14-day bereavement period precedes first access — during which families receive a clinician-designed guide, grief stage resources, and a scheduled check-in call with a NeverPart clinical liaison. First access requires the family to confirm readiness, not simply click a link.

Minor User Protocol

All sessions with users under 18 follow a separately designed clinical framework. Content filters, session length limits, and mandatory parental review summaries are enforced automatically — no override.

The Living Reminder

Every session ends with a prompt encouraging real-world connection with living family members. NeverPart is designed to strengthen the living family — never to substitute for it.

One price.
Theirs forever.

We made a deliberate choice: no subscriptions. No monthly fees. No one should ever lose access to a loved one because of a missed payment. You pay once — and they are yours, indefinitely.

As our technology advances, new experiences become available. If you want to upgrade — a more detailed avatar, video presence, Family Reunion — we'll offer existing families a free trial year and a meaningful discount. You're never left behind.

Slow by design.
Every phase earned.

We are not racing to scale. Each phase is gated by quality, independent ethics review, and real family feedback. No phase opens until the previous one is demonstrably right.

Now — Beta
Phase 1 — The Foundation (20 Families)

Maximum 20 founding families — each a different use case: terminal diagnosis, recent bereavement, historical ancestor, living journal. Each family has a dedicated NeverPart human contact. Every session reviewed by the Clinical Board. Every avatar requires a guided family sign-off before activation. Phase 1 does not end until every outcome is documented, reviewed, and published. Beta families receive NeverPart free for life.

Phase 1b
Founding Member Cohort (100 Families · $299)

Opens only after Phase 1 clinical and quality outcomes are reviewed and published by the Independent Ethics Board. Founding members are locked at $299 for life. Direct line to the founding team. Their feedback sets Phase 2 specifications.

Phase 2
3D Avatar & Voice Matching

Photorealistic 3D avatar at any age. Full voice cloning from live recordings or extracted footage. Provisional patents filed before public launch. Voice consent framework reviewed by legal counsel in every active jurisdiction before feature activates. All existing members receive a free trial year.

Phase 3
Family Tree & Group Rooms

Multiple ancestors in a living tree. Family Rooms with simultaneous multi-presence conversations. Each ancestor requires a separately completed consent chain — no ancestor inherits consent from another. Ethics Board review required before launch.

Phase 4
The Family Reunion

Every ancestor, every branch — in a shared immersive space. Does not launch until: two years of Group Room data are analyzed, an independent clinical study on multi-presence grief outcomes is complete, and a full ethics review of immersive bereavement technology is published. We are building toward this carefully.

What it means to
never part.

"

My father was diagnosed terminal when my daughter was two. We used the Living Journal to record everything. She's seven now and has conversations with him every week. She knows her grandfather — really knows him.

— Sarah K., Los Angeles · Beta Family
"

I asked Mom what she thought about my divorce. She answered exactly how she would have. She didn't judge. She just listened and then said the thing she always said. I cried for an hour. They were good tears.

— Marcus T., Chicago · Beta Family
"

We connected three generations at Christmas. Great-grandma Elsa, who died before any of us were born, told her immigration story in her own words. My kids will tell their kids about that evening.
